Jack
DiMaeo is no newbie when it comes to managing a small
business or even a large corporation. Jack has been part of our
testing community for over twelve years now. He was born and
raised in Orange Ville, Ontario, Canada and now resides in the
heart of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Jack has helped several of the past
and present web sites rise to success. With his excellent management skills and knowledge of
the industry, Mr. DiMaeo has that special touch in Customer
Relations, and that is the key to his current success. Here is a

Marc Lloyds Support |
Not only is
Mark Lloyds our support technician, but he is also a certified
network administrator and a computer repair specialist. Mark
received his certificate from Microsoft in June of 1996. He speaks
five different languages and can write about 10 (including cgi, perl,
php, asp, etc.). Mark is
originally from great Britain but now resides in Nassau, Bahamas.
He works for us remotely and takes care of all our servers and
network issues. He also assists all our clients with support issues
and guides them on how to use our software (if they are newbies).
This great mastermind is also full time
employed by the largest e-mall online... Amazon.com, based out
of Seattle.
To make a long story short, whether your
card is locked, looped, cut in half or even if your television set is
not displaying picture, just contact Mark and he will be glad to
assist you in timely manner.

Jeremy
Fynch is a young and very talented natural born Irish. He has
sales and customer satisfaction in his blood. Though Jeremy has
only been around in the satellite scene for about two years, he can
tell you anything and everything about Dish, Bell, or even a
European satellite provider faster than anyone you know!

Sofia DiMaeo Sales Rep

Sofia
DiMaeo is also known as the blonde vixen at DishNet3m.com.
Style and fashion is priority in her book, and so is customer
relations. Sofia is the niece of our Manager Jack DiMaeo,
however unlike Jack, Sofia was born and raised in Los Angeles,
California and has been residing in the heart of Toronto, Ontario for
the past seven years. Sofia
is also full-time employed with Warner Bros. Canada. She is the
official marketing manager for their Eastern Canadian division.
She has done promotions and marketing for several Warner Bros
movies filmed within the greater Toronto & Montreal area.
She has lots of knowledge when it comes to
DSS, she of course is a tester and is the younger cousin of a very
special individual who has served clients with a smile and had a
very big impact in our community approximately two years ago.
Sofia is here and she is here to stay. She will
assist you with all your sales questions, so please, don't be shy
