Q: What difference does it make where your company is located?
A: Due to all the current happenings in the satellite industry and the recent judgments declaring our business as 100% illegal, we have decided to mount our servers in the British Virgin Islands, where U.S. or Canadian laws do not apply. Our processing is also done offshore through several banks in Cambodia. Us being offshore gives you peace of mind knowing that your personal information can never reach hands of third parties and the chances of you receiving 'funny' letters in the mail are 0%.

Q: Once I order, when will I receive my login info?
A: Once you have submitted your order using a credit card, you will receive your login credentials within the hour. For money order / western union orders, login info is e-mailed once funds have been cleared and/or picked up.

Q: How long are your scripts usually up for?
A: All files provided by DishNet3m have been up for at least 90 days. All our 3Ms are coded in house and we have several different files being tested in our offices, once a file passes the 90 day test period, we make it available on our web site. We have so many files and such expert coders that we can guarantee that if any of our scripts go down, we will have back-up files instantaneously.

Q: Where do I get the software to program your files to my card?
A: Upon signing up, you will chose your own username and password. Once you have paid for your membership, you will have access to our Private forums for members only. There, you will be able to download all the necessary software you need, as well as all the step-by-step tutorials on how to program your access card.

Q: How long will I be down after an ECM?
A: In the very rare case that our script may go down, you will be down for no more than three hours. All our scripts are coded in-house, thus meaning that the technicians that write them all work for our company and can provide fixes within minutes. We have back-up files all the time, so you have absolutely nothing to worry about at DishNet3m.com.

Q: Can I use my current HU loader with your Dish Network 3M?
A: Unfortunately not. In-order to program Rom cards, you will require an ISO Programmer which is available at most hardware sites for a nominal price.

Q: Does your private software come with blockers?
A: Our software includes a private blocker that filters out attacks and deactivations to your card. All blockers are pre-loaded in our 3M bin files.

Q: Are all the Sport Packages available with your 3M?
A: Yes, you will be able to follow all your favorite sports, whether it be football, baseball, basket-ball, soccer, golf, curling or even rugby, we have customized all our files with all the appropriate tier settings in-order for you testers to be satisfied.

Q: Do your 3M scripts work worldwide?
A: It doesn't matter where you are, as long as you have a Dish Network access card and are receiving the Echostar satellite feed, you can use our software.

Q: Does your script allow me to receive my locals?
A: You will be able to receive local channels for your area by putting in your zip code while programming your card.

Q: Will I be able to change the time zone?
A: Yes, you can be living in California (PST) and have the time zone for New York (EST), however, doing that will prevent you from receiving California local channels due to the Dish Network spot beam restrictions.

Q: What format are your scripts in?
A: All our scripts are in binary format and open in NagraEdit.

Q: What model programmers is your software compatible with?
A: Our software is compatible with any type of ISO programmer that is at 3.6867 MHz crystal.

Q: What currency do you guys process in?
A: All prices listed on the website are in US dollars, as it has become a standard for universal trading. If you are interested in purchasing in another currency, please contact Sofia in from our sales department, she will guide you through the procedure.

Q: Will you be offering private P4 software support in the future?
A: We will be offering P4 support to clients free of charge (once it has become available), at this time there is NO P4 Hack so please, like a lot of other sites, we request that you don't purchase anything from anyone at the moment because chances are that you are going to get cheated out of your hard earned money. Once there is something concrete, we will be the first to have it.

Q: What is an Electronic Counter Measure (ECM)?
A: The satellite broadcaster will occasionally send a signal to your cards disabling their use. This happens a few times a year, and is dependant on what code is loaded into your card. Some code that other websites sell uses public code, where the source code is viewable to anyone on the Internet. Our cards are programmed with private code which helps prevent against ECMs. It would take the broadcaster longer to figure out how to disable our cards, than a card where the source is publicly available.
